Panel 1:
Show the interior of a bar. There’s a man with blonde hair and a large build sitting at the bar. He’s gulping down a mug of beer. It’s vastly different from the bar that Punisher and his enemies were fighting in last issue. In condition, architecture, and everything—the point being, they are two different bars.
CAPTION: “THE BAR WITH NO NAME” – 5 DAYS AGO
Panel 2:
Show the point of view of the man sitting at the bar. He’s just staring off into space at the register.
BARTENDER(from off panel): That’s not a good idea, pal.
BARTENDER(From off panel): There’s a code of honor for THIS bar. Which is hilarious, given the occupants. But it still counts.
Panel 3:
From the point of view of the man sitting there, he’s looking at the main part of the bar, at the bartender. The bartender’s face is not visible here, it’s off panel.
BARTENDER: Morris Bench. Right?
MORRIS: Y-yeah… sorry mac, I just--
BARTENDER: Hard times?
MORRIS: Pretty much.
BARTENDER: I’ll fix you somethin’ up. On the house.

Show Morris looking up with a smile.
MORRIS: Really? Thanks mac, that’s great’a ya…

Show Morris’s point of view. He’s looking up at the bartender’s face. It’s SLAUGHTER.

Show Morris looking at Slaughter.

Show Morris’s reaction, he’s raising his eyebrow and looks questioning.

Show Morris’s eyes. They’re not watering; they’re literally made of water for a second out of pure excitement.

Show Punisher taking out a rather large knife from the side of his belt, with a special, large, semi-transparent hilt, and a button on that hilt.
CAPTION(Punisher): Sonic knife. Would have used it earlier, but the battery’ll run out quick.
CAPTION(Punisher): Gotta recharge it after a few small uses, or one big output.
PUNISHER: Get down here, you two-bit Sandman knockoff.

Big view of the entire warehouse. The middle of the floor is rising up, similar to the device that Batman used to keep his batsuit in the underground “cave” in “The Dark Knight”. Inside is a blue chestplate piece of armor, along with wires from the arms that connect down to two white gloves, with a white skull clearly painted onto the chest. Punisher is putting down his bow and arrow and his sword.
CAPTION(Punisher): A piece of tech from The Blizzard. Some psycho Iron Man villain.
Panel 2:
Show outside of the warehouses, from above. On the roof of a warehouse on the other side of the road, we see X, Y, and Z.
X: The fool led us straight to him.
Z: Or, more likely, he wanted us to follow him.
X: What?
Z: What if, he stayed close to shore so we would follow him?
X: Bah. Enough of your stupid--
Panel 3:
Same view. But now X, Y, and Z are looking down at Freak, who is on the ground and running toward the warehouse.
Y: It’s that monster again.
X: …
Z: … Let’s watch, and see what happens.
Panel 4:
View of the entire inside of the warehouse. Punisher is stepping out of the container for the suit, fully equipped with it. Freak is stepping inside, with his same appearance from last issue.
FREAK: So you got some new fancy@#$ tech, huh Punisher?
PUNISHER: Tell you what. I’m not even going to use it on you.
FREAK: That a personal challenge, @#$%head?
PUNISHER: Stop talking.

Show Punisher on Freak’s back, as Freak is standing and trying to claw at Punisher with his massive arms. His tail is around Punisher’s neck, but Punisher has his other arm around Freak’s neck. Punisher is ripping out the knife in Freak’s head, and here we can see it’s clearly out of Freak’s head and in the open air in Punisher’s head.
FREAK: NGGHHHAHHH!!!!!!!!
PUNISHER: Told you.
CAPTION(Punisher): This isn’t a desperate time.

Show Punisher jamming the pistol into the open wound in Freak’s head and open fire, casings fly out, at least five. Freak’s eyes are wide open with shock.

Show Freak’s body vomiting up a yellow chrsalyis that starts to cover him. Punisher aims his hand at Freak’s body.
CAPTION(Punisher): Stop his life cycle the only way possible.
Panel 4:
Show Punisher standing and aiming his hand. A concentrated beam of ice fires out from his entire hand, covering Freak and turning Freak’s body into a miniature glacier.
SFX: PSSSHHHOOO
CAPTION(Punisher): Next, keep him from thawing.
Panel 5:
Show Punisher aiming both hands up. Instead of concentrated ice-beams, a miniature blizzard explodes out. Slush and snow and sleet blow up into the air.
CAPTION(Punisher): Not only can this tech freeze, it can lower the temperature of an entire area. This’ll hold him for at least an hour.

Show Punisher walking toward the door, picking up the bow and arrow and his sword, strapping them back to his back. The entire room is frozen over, slush and sleet on the ground.

Back view of Punisher. Punisher is now outside of the warehouse and on the road that has other buildings across from it. Show X dropping from the warehouse roof above, taking out her katana, and onto the ground in front of him.

Close up on X’s face. Her sword is right next to her eye, as she’s holding it up.

Panel 1:
Big view of the entire warehouse. The middle of the floor is rising up, similar to the device that Batman used to keep his batsuit in the underground “cave” in “The Dark Knight”. Inside is a blue chestplate piece of armor, along with wires from the arms that connect down to two white gloves, with a white skull clearly painted onto the chest. Punisher is putting down his bow and arrow and his sword.
CAPTION(Punisher): A piece of tech from The Blizzard. Some psycho Iron Man villain.
Panel 2:
Show outside of the warehouses, from above. On the roof of a warehouse on the other side of the road, we see X, Y, and Z.
X: The fool led us straight to him.
Z: Or, more likely, he wanted us to follow him.
X: What?
Z: What if, he stayed close to shore so we would follow him?
X: Bah. Enough of your stupid--
Panel 3:
Same view. But now X, Y, and Z are looking down at Freak, who is on the ground and running toward the warehouse.
Y: It’s that monster again.
X: …
Z: … Let’s watch, and see what happens.
Panel 4:
View of the entire inside of the warehouse. Punisher is stepping out of the container for the suit, fully equipped with it. Freak is stepping inside, with his same appearance from last issue.
FREAK: So you got some new fancy@#$ tech, huh Punisher?
PUNISHER: Tell you what. I’m not even going to use it on you.
FREAK: That a personal challenge, @#$%head?
PUNISHER: Stop talking.

CAPTION(Punisher): It only works for an hour anyway, before needing a week long recharge time. All in all, it’s a rip. A rip for desperate times.
Panel 4:
Show Punisher on Freak’s back, as Freak is standing and trying to claw at Punisher with his massive arms. His tail is around Punisher’s neck, but Punisher has his other arm around Freak’s neck. Punisher is ripping out the knife in Freak’s head, and here we can see it’s clearly out of Freak’s head and in the open air in Punisher’s head.
FREAK: NGGHHHAHHH!!!!!!!!
PUNISHER: Told you.
CAPTION(Punisher): This isn’t a desperate time.

Show Punisher jamming the pistol into the open wound in Freak’s head and open fire, casings fly out, at least five. Freak’s eyes are wide open with shock.

FREAK: NGHH--!!

Show Freak’s body on the ground, Punisher standing next to it.
CAPTION(Punisher): Next, to keep this from happening again.

Show Freak’s body vomiting up a yellow chrsalyis that starts to cover him. Punisher aims his hand at Freak’s body.
CAPTION(Punisher): Stop his life cycle the only way possible.
Panel 4:
Show Punisher standing and aiming his hand. A concentrated beam of ice fires out from his entire hand, covering Freak and turning Freak’s body into a miniature glacier.
SFX: PSSSHHHOOO
CAPTION(Punisher): Next, keep him from thawing.
Panel 5:
Show Punisher aiming both hands up. Instead of concentrated ice-beams, a miniature blizzard explodes out. Slush and snow and sleet blow up into the air.
CAPTION(Punisher): Not only can this tech freeze, it can lower the temperature of an entire area. This’ll hold him for at least an hour.

Panel 1:
Show Punisher walking toward the door, picking up the bow and arrow and his sword, strapping them back to his back. The entire room is frozen over, slush and sleet on the ground.
Panel 2:
Back view of Punisher. Punisher is now outside of the warehouse and on the road that has other buildings across from it. Show X dropping from the warehouse roof above, taking out her katana, and onto the ground in front of him.
Panel 3:
Close up on X’s face. Her sword is right next to her eye, as she’s holding it up.
X: What’s this device you have, Punisher?

CAPTION(Punisher): He’ll stay there until I can figure out how to kill him. Probably won’t.
CAPTION(Punisher): Aside from finding Slaughter, and finding out how he managed to manipulate Mr. Negative. Heard Negative wasn’t very easy to work with. Mostly a ruler, not a team player. Aside from that… the biggest thing on my mind is an easy question.

Show Punisher looking at the Freak chrysalis, frozen.
CAPTION(Punisher): What am I gonna do with all of these stiffs?

Show a large, black portal open under the glacier, and it falls inside.

Show outside. The portals are opening around the remains of X, Y, and Z. Punisher is running outside.
CAPTION(Punisher): Spot’s backing him. Mr. Negative’s stink all over that. Obviously.

Show Punisher’s van, parked outside on the other side, near the front of the warehouse. There’s a portal on the side of the van, from Spot.
CAPTION(Punisher): Next move. Find Negative?
Panel 3:
Show SCARECROW accepting a Mysterio hologram orb from Spot’s hand. Scarecrow is smiling.
CAPTION(Punisher): Or wait until he finds me?
