Writer: Charlie Huston Artist: Juan Jose Ryp Colorist: Andres Mossa Editor: Alex Alonso Rating: 2.5/10 After realizing his healing factor has potentially been overloaded by Winsor's machinations, Logan somehow manages to make it back to the X-Mansion. We then see Beast and Cyclops analyzing the damage, eventually coming to terms with Logan's X-gene being put in jeopardy from all the viruses he's been exposed to. Huston then makes it pretty clear that, we, the reader, are supposed to remain focused on Emma Frost's promiscuity instead of our favorite cash cow. I'd say about 3/4 of the issue consists of Cyclops and Emma Frost awkwardly interacting (how he fails to realize that she's a flirt never ceases to amaze me) and Logan trying to sweet talk Dazzler in an overly complex, awkward manner. In case you didn't pick up the defining word of this issue twice in the last sentence: Awkward. Ryp's artwork saves this from dropping to a 1/10.

Never got past the first issue I was so offended. I am surprised it made it to 7 honestly. I read that IGN gave #1 the worst rated comic ever or some such title.

Yeah, IGN gave the first one like a 1.5/10. Huston doesn't have a bad reputation or anything, but the way he's portrayed Wolverine thus far has been so awful. His dialogue has a shitload of cringeworthy moments as well.
