Which characters will not be rebooted in DCnU?

I heard that not all characters will be rebooted. Can someone explain which characters will not be rebooted.

Also these non rebooted characters, will they exist in the same universe as the rebooted characters?

This has been stated in some interviews, but which ones I cannot remember.

The characters will exsist within the same universe as well.

Some examples

Green Lantern and Batman characters won't be getting a reboot, just some new costumes and such. Other characters (Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark, Katana, Raven, and many others) will be getting a full reboot from the looks of it.
