 By act of TOOA (Or Grant Morrison, take your pick), you become an admiral in charge of commissioning the new starship Enterprise. TOOA gives you the task of assembling a crew out of characters from all over fiction to command the new starship on a continuing mission to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life forms and new civilizations, to be as awesome as no one has been before! So, if you could choose, who would you pick to be the crew of the Enterprise in the following roles:  - The Captain - The head honcho, the guy who makes everything go. - First Officer - the Captain's right hand man. Commands the ship when the captain is away. otherwise handles the day to day stuff that the boss can't be bothered with. - Helm - Self explanatory. - Tactical Officer - In charge of ship's weapon systems. Science Officer - The go to guy for technobabble and last minute saving throws. - Chief Engineer - self explanatory. - Security Officer - Self explanatory, also in charge of any away teams. - Councillor - Ship shrink, takes care of the crew's mental health. - Chief Medical Officer - Self explanatory. - Bartender - ...Because every starship has to have one, for some reason. - Redshirts - The mooks, we all know the type. Note that this is a group choice, and they have to be faceless to qualify. Stormtroopers or Space Marines is fine, X-men is not. Just to make it interesting, let's make three different categories. 1) any fictional character. 2) Any comic character. 3) Any non comic character. Who would be your dream team? |
