Seriously? Why would you not use the Riddler when all the fans are saying he'd be perfect!?

I honestly think that this is a pretty bad title. Might as well have just called it Dark Knight Strikes Again to satisfy all the nerds out there haha.
And now that Riddler is out of the running...hmm....I think that Killer Croc might be the villain, or at least a side villain. Of course, I imagine that they'd make him much more realistic than his comic counterpart, but I think it would allow for some damn scary horror movie-esque scenes. Other than that, I have no idea.

I think the title is nice. I would like to see Black Mask and Deadshot in the movie like k4tz has said in his article back at CV.

Has my brain expelled every possible information to the point I only remember one film in which Catwoman ever appeared in (Batman Returns)? Because the Halle Berry monstrosity wasn't even a Batman film.

Nolan, on the other hand, I bet could.

Nolan, on the other hand, I bet could. While Batman Returns is far from flawless, and nowhere near Begins, or TDK, I could argue they didn't get it wrong. They didn't get it entirely right either, but Tim Burton's Batman films weren't half bad, overall. They may seem flat out cartoonish after Nolan's films, but they are good attempts.

I want to see Kristen Bell as Harley Quinn. But it's not gonna happen.

Bane would be cool if done right, but his trademark storyline is mostly associated with the fall of Batman from prominence, rather than the other way around, which should be the case here, based on the tight spot he was at the end of TDK, and on the title, " the Dark Knight Rises".

I can picture it now, Batman arresting Killer Croc for illegal rock throwing.

I think Killer Croc would be tough, but do-able for a realistic approach. 1) By genetics, already a rather large man. 2) A skin condition making his skin callous. 3) Teeth already sharper than average, or purposely carved teeth (like Tombstone) for a more intimidating look. That said, it's EASIER to just go with Catwoman, Black Mask/Deadshot. Don't shoot me, but I've even thought Clayface could be used. "BUT THATS LYKE SO NOT POSSIBLE IN RL." Naturally, he would be altered to be a man with a heavy emphasis on disguise, perhaps even making realistic looking masks out of clay-like materials.
