Writer: Scott Lobdell Art: Kenneth Rocafort The Story: This story precedes the current events in RHATO. It details the first meeting between Jason Todd & Starfire. It begins with Red Hood battling an assailant aboard a submarine. He manages to escape but ends up severely wounded. He finds himself on a tropical island under the care of Starfire. She tends to his wounds and they also discover quite a bit about each other's respective histories. We see various flashbacks including the Teen Titans, Batman and Dick Grayson. The Art: The art by Rocafort for this series has been great. He's got a unique style of his very own and it really captures the essence of this book. Overall: This could have easily been the first book of the series. It definitely sheds some light on Starfire and does a great job of explaining her actions in this series to date. She was a bit misunderstood coming in and this issue really clarifies Kori's character. This is a great chapter in what's been a good series so far. 4/5

Alright, just read it and I definitely enjoyed it more than the other issues. I agree that this should have been the first issue as well.
