Sounds like a total rip-off of the Shaggy Man/General plot from Morrison's JLA, too.

Oh, damn. I was sure I had locked that. The lock button glitches from time to time, much like everything else.
Big surprise, I know.

There are rumours running around that General Lane will turn out to be inside doomsday's body, since doomsday's last appearence in New Krypton had lex performing experiments on him for Lane.Kinda makes sense too,in this way they can use doomsday as a recurring villian. Oh great, as if Lane wasn't a General Ross ripoff already.

The person following Lex around is defiantly based off David Tennant. In looks anyway.

Oh great, so Doomsday beating the everloving crap out of everyone associated with Superman was actually his way of helping them? Makes perfect sense.

Don't know what to think of it. Would I prefer the monstrous villain that is very hard to kill? Or something that's going to develop into a friend of Superman?

Even if he helps Superman now, I don't see it as something that would stick.

If it's a one off, I don't mind. It'll remind me of Wrath of Gog arc.

Eradicator isn't there either. It's possible they just couldn't fit them all in a single cover.
