If Batman was anymore awesome, the Universe would implode.
Also, this new Insider suit proves he could take Iron Man. I knew it!

Why is no one talking on the thread dedicated to the greatest character in fictional history? Bumped.

Selina still has the total hots for Bruce I see... I love how in her road home issue when she's with Bruce and doesn't even know it's him there's still that intense magnetism between them.

It's the only Road Home issue that I liked. As for the Insider/IM question, if Bruce can hit anywhere near as hard as Supes, one hit will be all it takes.

Bruce would probably kick his butt then.

As for the Insider/IM question, if Bruce can hit anywhere near as hard as Supes, one hit will be all it takes. Not sure about that. It depends on the power behind the hit. Superman unleashed can wreck a planet's crust. So, while he may be able to deliver a punch at Superman's level, Superman's punches vary in magnitude. So it would be no different than say, an enraged Hulk pummeling Iron Man and him taking it like a champ, or being blitzed by Sentry from behind at full force and getting back up, as well.
Anyhow, the Insider suit is epic. My only concern is that I can see no viable reason why Batman wouldn't just build up on it and upgrade it instead of going back to his regular attire. Why be a street level character when he could be so much more? I know it's editorial choice (because, in the end, Batman would no longer be Batman), but it kind of bothers me.
He could, at the very least, stick to the suit for a little while. Maybe retain the Insider identity and let Dick be Batman (I know it isn't happening, just posting some thoughts), much like Steve and Bucky have been doing, with Steve being the Super Soldier and Buck being Cap.

Selina has always been in love with Bruce, it's the once thing that's kept her from going the deep end. So it makes perfect sense. That said I've always had fun seeing Talia as Batman's real girlfriend. Even if she got a OMD style dick move written on her story.

*clicks on thread* *sees discussion about Bruce getting a tech suit that can tap into the speed force* Holy flark, I REALLY need to catch up on Bruce's recent history... It emulates the Speed Force, it seems, rather than actually taps into it.
You can read all about it by reading the eight Bruce Wayne: the Road Home one-shots. Batman and Robin, Red Robin, Outsiders, Catwoman, Batgirl, Commissioner Gordon, Oracle, and Ra's Al Ghul.

I haven't read the Oracle and Ra's Al Ghul one-shots yet, but based on the previous six, the Insider can't take Iron Man. But he could make his life difficult in a random fight with morals on, at least for a while.

Yeah, the Insider suit isn't on Tony's armors level....though it's kooler IMO Why do you think I changed my username to the Insider for a few days? In truth, I like them both a great deal. And as I said before, I'd want Bruce to stick with the Insider suit for a while, even though it won't happen.
