Bruce Wayne: The Road Home was a decent arc, overall, but I had a few expectations for it that were never met. As a whole, I would rate it a 7-7.5/10.
BatMan Inc. has my attention right now. I have some skepticism about it. Bruce revealing certain ties he has to BatMan is a massive step to take.

Still love batman, but won't be buying his comics anytime soon.

I just got my hands on Batman: The Return, and Batman Inc. Looking forward to reading both, Morrison is the master.

If not for the fact that Morrison has been involved in the current BatMan story lines, I would probably have extremely low expectations for it. I have some doubts, but I will just wait and see what happens.

I've honestly grown to like Grayson as Batman. I think it'll be interesting and I'm not against it right now.

Dick is my second favorite character, I love him and I loved the idea, name and costume of Nightwing. But seriously, I think that like Damian, Bruce revealing he is funding Batman and most of Morrison's run I don't think there is going back now. Which is good
Things have to change, progress. Every once in a couple of decades there is a change that actually sticks, helps the characters evolve, let's hope this is one of them because love it or hate it there would be a huge mess if it suddenly was tried to be retconned or "fixed"

I'm not talking about a retcon, I'm talking about a story where Dick becomes Nightwing again like he should and Bruce is batman.
Dick is not Batman just like Bucky can never be Captain America

I haven't read a lot of Bucky as C. Merica, but from conversations I've had with others, he's doing a great job as C. Merica.

Why not? I'm actually curious because I've heard and made arguments for both of the sides of the argument of why Dick and Bucky can/should or not get the mantles of their mentors. Many years ago people were saying that Wally and Kyle would never be as good as their predecessors and now people are claiming for Wally to be the main flash and kyle to be the main GL

May reasons: 1-Because unlike Flash. What made Batman and the struggle that defines them is unique to the backgrounds of the originals. Flash is a legacy style character neither are Batman and Cap 2-Because Dick had become his own man, he'd evolved beyond Batman and robin. He never needed to be Batman and it's actually a step back from years of character devellopment 3-Because Bucky doesn't have the morals, attitude or anything to make him Cap

Kyle is the greatest comic book character. Of course, he should be the main GL.

He never needed to be Batman and it's actually a step back from years of character devellopment 3-Because Bucky doesn't have the morals, attitude or anything to make him Cap 1-See I disagree. Way before Morrison came in the motion of a legacy of Batman and what his symbol represent has been a constant part in histories. We've seen future Batmen, we've seen people carrying his symbol if not his name. Yes, Batman was born when Bruce's parents were killed, that is who he is. Seeing only the aspect of who Batman is and how he was born then yeah, Bruce wayne is the only Batman that could ever be, but watching it on the angle of what Batman stands for and what he represents then that idea, that ideal is way bigger than Bruce Wayne himself. Unknown to him and without his choice he has inspired an entire new generation of people to take his morals, his mission and what he represents and apply it to the war on crime. No one can be the Batman that was born in Bruce, no one can be exactly like him, but people can and should follow what he represented and follow his footsteps. Who is more deserving of that than Dick Grayson? Same applies for Captain America, only thing that it is even easier to apply it to Bucky because there have been numerous Captain America before him. 2-I agree that Dick didn't need to be Batman and that he has evolved way too much to be Robin. But the simple fact that it was so easy for Dick to be on the role, to be accepted by fans, to be accepted by writers and villains, etc. without it looking like PIS proves that for all he's changed that him becoming Batman isn't out of character and so is true to what he stands for. Bruce became Batman long before he put the cowl, Dick is still dick with or without the cowl, you can see him not changing his personality one bit. Is not that he has to be Batman, is that he CHOOSES to follow the legacy of his father. 3-Bucky was/is/will always be an American war hero, had he not "died" he would have been Steve's replacement, of that I'm sure. The only times he's done something that goes against Steve's principles was when he was brainwashed and that isn't his fault
