I thought the premier was really good. Loving everything about it. It is also cool to see some stuff (like Crixus) being set in motion that eventually leads into Spartacus: Blood and Sand.

I'm wondering whether or not Gannicus makes it out of this prequel season alive or not. It could be something where the season ends and he goes off somewhere else, possibly for a potential return in Spartacus Season 2.
