From what I remembered from Legends I enjoyed it. Although the graphics aren't going to be anything special after 10 years of gamming getting a whole lot prettier, but the gameplay should be solid enough.

Battle Network gets progressively better every sequel IMO.

As for Rockman Starforce, meh it didn't need to change up the beauty that was 2d fighting in Network, although I enjoyed the 3rd game of the series in Starforce.
