I just read the last issue of the trial of Captain America and I have to say: Solid. Brubaker is one of the best writers to be in Cap's helm, really good stuff.

Huge fan of Brubaker's entire run on Captain America here. I have them all in TPB and they've been read multiple times.
*Spoilers*
Regarding the current Trial of Captain America arc, I think it's been good but I agree with the person earlier who said he's being tried for events that should be disregarded. I definitely wasn't expecting the ending to #615. I wonder if they are paving the way to bring Steve back as Captain America to get ready of the movie? I feel like Marvel has been "resetting" things to be more in-line with the movie universe since Dark Reign ended (Clint Barton back to being Hawkeye, Steve, Tony and Thor are "back-together," etc.). My hunch is that they are doing this so people that see the movies and then get interested in the comics as a result will have more commonality between the two.
Also, Man Out of Time has been a great mini-series and I highly recommend it.
I can't wait for the movie on July 22nd either. I think we're due for some new footage!!!

Cap question: In Thunderbolts 105, Zemo gives Cap some type of time displacement tech. Is this what led to him being ripped through time during Captain America Reborn?

I only read Reborn once and it was when it came out, but what I recall was Sharon used a gun by Doctor Doom. So when everyone thought she was the second shooter and killed him with a standard pistol, the weapon actually resulted in trapping him in time

The body is just the body, but the soul is who we are. Which is why saying "trapping him" in time is fine, since his soul is who he is. Get it right, Captain Troll.

So Zemo's device just got forgotten? He probably put it somewhere, or gave it to someone who could protect it.

True. To be fair it was in Nicieza's T-Bolts run, I'm sure it was just forgotten.

True. To be fair it was in Nicieza's T-Bolts run, I'm sure it was just forgotten. That is one thing I hate about characters guest-starring in books. Something significant happens and it gets forgotten. Then we have plot holes and continuity errors.

The only issue that i have with KGBeast, is in the one in the face the face arc, where he died.... -___- LOL,he got jobbered outside of his first arc. he got thrashed by bane(i loved it),also heard he lost to nightwing and two face too. but in his first ever story he was a skilled fighter, master of weapons, could break stone in half with a karate chop and was an enhanced super soldier.perfect for a cap foe.
