I love that you love being a woman. Or something like that. As for my exercise regimen, it's mostly weight training mixed with a bit of cardio. A lot of crunches, a lot of chest work.

i tend to go on late night runs anywhere from 3 to 5 mile runs every once in a while to clear my head. i kinda stop hitting the gym but i have weighs in my room and i do curls, and dumbbell bench press.

I usually try to lift weights at least three times a week, and I've been trying to add some jogging/cardio into the routine as well. Mostly upper body work, my knees hate me, lol. Hopefully the running helps strengthen my legs, cant really afford a gym membership for a few more months and my job doesnt have a leg press or squat rack.
