So why am I bringing them up? Well, recently I came across one of their works at the shop. It was called The Sword. I remember seeing the issues of it coming out a short lil' while ago, but never bothered to get into it because quite frankly, I thought "the sword" didn't look that cool. I mean, it looked like a knife, so I didn't even wanna know what the story behind it was, but I was reading the back cover of one of the trades deciding whether or not I should give it a chance, and I was intrigued. Didn't end up buying it there, but I did end up looking into who these Luna brothers were about. Went to their website, saw some of their stuff found out this about 'em:
The Luna Brothers are the creators of ULTRA, GIRLS, and THE SWORD (all Image Comics). Their works also include SPIDER-WOMAN: ORIGIN (Marvel Comics), written by Brian Michael Bendis and Brian Reed.
The Luna Brothers were born in California and spent most of their childhood overseas. They returned to the United States in their late teens.
Writing and drawing comics since they were children, they both graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with BFAs in Sequential Art.
They currently reside in the Washington D.C. metro area.

And now I'm deciding to give them a shot. Some of their stuff looks interesting, and I kinda like their artwork. I'll let you know what I think when I read through some of their stuff, and if any of you guys have already heard of 'em an' read some of their stuff, tell me how it was.
