To me, if Damian was written being tossed in a meat grinder by the Joker and dying right there, it would be a good day. LMFAO,admittedly it will be pretty amusing to see something like that.

Yea... I didn't think Dick would stick with being Batman. For some reason I remember him not wanting to be Batman and becoming Nightwing to distance himself from the cowl. Thinking back now I can't remember whether he chose to stay on as Batman or if Bruce asked him too. Its been a while. I need to reread the Return and Incorporated but I have to admit that I like Damian and Dick together. Its not the Dynamic Duo we know and love but to me it's still pretty damn entertaining. In all honesty dick/damian actually feels like a genuine partnership.

His personality has no appeal to me, he's a little brat that makes me want to smack him in the back of the head. But worst is that his introduction was done at the expense of so much better stuff in the Batman universe. It is abhorrent what his introduction has done to actually good characters like Talia and Ras Al Ghul. He's one of the reasons I no longer buy core DC universe comics. dont torture yourself man

Tim is my 3rd favourite character all round. I think Dick is in my top 15, if not top 20. Damien is 10th in my Batman Universe favourites.

Yeah, if Tim's one of my favourites. Then HELL YEAH! However I haven't kept up with comics for the last 2/4 weeks due to university work piling on. I do try and keep up with Tim and Superman though.

Red robin has been pretty good right from the start,i was afraid that it might become a tim wankfest, what with tim beating shiva and jason in his own ongoing but i was proven wrong, tim is a beast believably.

Well he was smart with Shiva. In the fight he has a long while of prep. And in the second she moved, the thing she ate took affect and she still got a hit on him. The Jason thing was redeemed I guess in Battle for the Cowl when Jason almost killed Tim.
I'm a big fan of Yost even at Marvel. So I was looking forward to reading something of his for DC. Beside the one shot he did in Battle for the Cowl.

Only read issue 8 I think of Batgirl and I loved it. The art was great. I loved the last issue of Yost's run. When Tim had all his friend watch out for the people he couldn't be near to stop Ra's. I'm enjoying Nicieza's run. I think he's planning on going past a year on the title so he's stretching out some of the stores. I enjoyed the moment when Conner, Bart, Cass and BB got off the plane, then they all jumped him.

Torturing myself would be me still buying core DC universe comics... It's currently the opposite. Dark Horse, Top Cow and European comics blow DC out of the water in consistency of quality storytelling.
