There has been talk that his role as Alberto Falcone was debunked. I'm waiting to update until we get the actual confirmation.
Let the Black Mask/other villain/other role speculation continue.

But really, one of Bane's crew (Zombie, Bird) seems like a potential choice. I think adding Black Mask / Deadshot or anyone else of that caliber at this point would cluster the movie (since we already have Catwoman, Bane & Talia)
