In this "who should die?" segment, you'll pick between two members of the bat-family...Dick Grayson and Tim Drake.
Who do you think should die and why? Be sure to address the following. -What kind of impact will their death have on the New Earth Universe? -What would be a good way to kill off the character? -Why are you picking one over the other?
Keep in mind, you're pretending there's a 0% chance the character will ever return.

Please stop making me ask you to elaborate lol, because I think Greyson dying would cause a shock of monumental proportions. He's been on so many teams, every hero respects him. He's batman's no 1 guy, the psychological impact would be massive. And it would allow Drake to step up more to broader role. It could set up something where just everyone who knew him pauses for a moment to mourn. As to how he should die, clearly the joker should kill him. After humiliating him for trying to be Batman.

Picking Dick I think his death would have the greater impact. He's been on nearly every DC team and been allies with more of its heroes than Tim. His death would affect far more characters.
How should he die? I think the best way for it would to be something accidental in the heat of battle. Maybe a stray weapon from another hero or something. If a villain was responsible it lead to a long drawn out arc where Bruce refuses to kill him/her at the end.

He should be killed in a way bruce ends up becoming responsible,if DC does'nt have any plans to kill damian then it could well be damian in bruce's position. but if i wanted someone killed out of pure spite then jason all the waay. ;D

Wasn't Nightwing up for the chop during Infinite Crisis? And then it was Superboy that died. I was so unhappy about Conner dying then. I would have been unhappy about Dick dying as well. However Final Crisis: Legion of Three World was great because it brought back both Conner AND Bart. DOUBLE WIN!

It was a good one. All of the tie ins were great too. Villains United, Rann/Thanagar War & Day of Vengeance were like a who's who guide to different layers of the DCU for a newbie like me.
