These were wayne industries subsidiaries and made weapons for batman and many other superheroes.
I under the red hood these were wrestled away from wayne and their equipment was later seen used by todd.Red hood the lost days stated that talia purchased them and allowed access to todd.Ugh must winnick screw everything.
basically the question is whether or not did these return to batman/superheroes or is the society/talia still in control?
Dan Didiot does have a lot of explaining to do,talia was shown controlling Kobra and HIVE at that time too,add the LOA and those weapons divivsions and this is easily the richest/powerful person one can be on Earth but all these plot points were dropped after IC.
Does anyone know what happened to those after IC?
and batman is getting his weapons smoothly despite winnicks stupidity.
