Cinema blend claims they've watched 20 minutes of Thor, and the archer Clint Barton has far more than a quick cameo. According to the site, Hawkeye is clearly working with SHIELD, since he's teamed up with Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg, Iron Man films) and rocking his bow and arrow. The website also claims Barton has multiple lines. Unfortunately, that's all they revealed. I wish they would have stated what his costume looks like. I'm really hoping for a mesh between his ultimate costume and standard 616 uniform. Perhaps a trench coat of sorts and a darker purple armor underneath. Thor is slated for release May 5th.

What do you mean "unfortunately?" Save some of the movie for watching.

Awesome news! Clint Barton is a great character and I'm glad Jeremy Renner is playing him.

NeXus, you may want to talk to a urologist or something, because you seem to just be oozing semen.

I think you should see a urologist. You must be dry as a bone if this news doesn't make you orgasm.

Katz- a few reports have come out about what hawkeyes costume looks like. Honestly I see so much news I just dont post it all, but I'll put this up later. Sorry to disappoint, but hawkeye doesn't wear a trench coat or purple.

Yep, those are the exact two articles I was referring to. You get a pretty food idea from that. Doesn't sound bad IMO.

I never really thought it would end up being very close to his 616 costume. A lot of that stuff just doesn't translate that well to a movie that is trying to be grounded in realism.

Well yeah, 616 costume I doubt could be pulled off without looking kind of ridiculous. I pretty much expected from the start it would be something resembling his ultimate costume, which I think looks better anyways tbh.

Glad to hear they're leaning towards the Ultimates look. That's much more fitting for the real world and being a part of shield.

Heh, I love how we're discussing the plausibility of the costume of a guy who fights guns with a freaking bow and arrow. Even cap got a machine gun to use with his shield.
