Anonymous is mad that Sony is suing Geohotz and several people in Germany for modifying/cracking their PS3s. The Geohotz case seems to be the primary motivation though. Anonymous alleges that Sony is abusing the legal system to impose its will on its users.
While Microsoft certainly needs some Anonymous love, I don't see that happening unless they do something potentially reprehensible. If any electronics company needs it, it is Apple.

There are lawsuits against Apple regarding using info for advertising. Google and Microsoft are involved as well, just so you know. Also, there are currently more lawsuits against Microsoft than Apple. That does not surprise me though because they are a bigger company and any fortune 500 company usually has at least one or two lawsuits at any given time. Most for either company do not go anywhere because innocent until proven guilty.
