Lex Luthor: Man of Steel shows the two doing business together. They meet over lunch with Lex trying to close a deal between Lexcorp and WE, and Bruce in full "billionaire playboy" persona trying to shake him off. Lex, of course, doesn't know who Bruce Wayne is, but he sees right through the playboy persona. He knows it's just a mask, and he knows Bruce is hiding something beneath it, but he doesn't know what.

Is'nt that non cannon?

Batman INC is kind of a silly name. How can a vigilante have a legal corporation? In Morrison i trust.

Hmmm, the encounter between Supes and Bats does'nt seem to add up with continuity.I take this story as well as the Joker graphic novel written by this very team to be non cannon.

I'd love to see an event or something cause a rift between Tony Stark & Reed Richards. This would lead to a nice story where the two match wits.

It is never referenced, if that's what you mean, but their encounter saw Superman under the influence of red kryptonite, that's what made him attack Bats. Not that you could figure that out from the comic itself. I only learned it after reading the synopsis on a site somewhere. Azzarello can be skullfuckingly vague like that.

Well not every fight they have is referenced anyway. As far as I know, there is nothing in that story arc that interrupts anything in the rest of the DC continuity. Why would it not be canon?

I really liked Lex Luthor: Man of Steel, I hope it is canon.

I really liked Lex Luthor: Man of Steel, I hope it is canon. I agree. I felt it was very well written and showed a very human site to Lex Luthor. That is actually the inspiration for my dream battle. I saw how Lex Luthor dealt with business quite a few times in that story.

I would like to see Doom versus Lex in an out-make-the-superheroes-look-dumb-off.

They both respect one another too much as well as think the same way on a lot of Earth's problems..... er with Stark and Richards. Richards vs Pym would not even cause Richards to break a sweat in my opinion lol.

No, I'm sayin' Richards vs Pym did happen, and if Richards and Stark were to go at it, it wouldn't really top that amazing battle.

I heard that they actually went at it as well but that pic you used is just Reed trash-talking. Not the actual fight.

Yeah, they went at it and it was epic. That trash talk was what got it started. The fight took place in Mighty Avengers 25 and 26. Pym went beast mode on the prep work, and Richards was insane on matching him at virtually every corner. Mighty Avengers vs Fantastic Four. Two of the biggest egos goin' at each other. In the end, the underdog won due to Pym's quick thinking. Best battle of the brains fight ever.

*Spits drink*
Pym won due to "quick thinking"?!?!?!?!
Was this taking place in some pocket universe where backwards is forwards and up is down?

It was secretly taking place within the Micro-Microverse in which Reed was the 8th Smartest Person on the Planet.

Well, calling it quick thinking is completely undermining everything that went on, but in as little words as I can think of without going into detail--y'know what, forget it. Spoiler time. During Dark Reign, Osborn almost broke into Pym's Avengers place, messed some stuff up big time, and Pym needed a way to fix it otherwise, his Avengers place was gonna be locked off from the rest of the world forever. Pym remembered he had some doohicky in Reed's lab and needed to get it. He asked Reed for it, Reed said no. There was an argument over it, and it ended with Reed basically saying, "you want it so bad, come an' get it." That's where that trash talking scan comes into place. So Pym an' his crew prepared for the biggest kinda somethin' they've ever faced before. Their mission: break into the Baxter Building. After layin' down the game plan to his team, everything went into action. They broke up the FF by having Herc (disguised as Red Hulk via Image Inducer) fight Ben, Vision (disguised as the Red Ghost) fight Johnny, Sue and the kids got out of the picture too, Amadeus Cho was workin' behind the scenes workin' as the inbetween communication link for the team, which left Pym to infiltrate the Baxter Building and confront Richards about the device he needed. An' that went down like crazy. Reed locked the device in what he calls the Zeno Room. When Pym got there, Reed was chillaxin' sayin', "Come on, son, it's right here, take it." Pym tried, but it wouldn't take, because the room was like this crazy place where no matter how far you walk, you forever stay fixed to the same spot you started at. Richards explains it better. So it's virtually impossible for Pym to take the device, so how does he get around it? By taking advantage of Reed's ego really. He made a room where nothing can move forward, except for the sound of his voice. With sound being able to move, all it took was a lil' somethin' somethin'... an' it was done.

Hmmm..... Not sure how I feel about that. I suppose I could chalk it up to a lucky break but I am sure that was not the intentional direction of the story.
