-These two deadly individuals battle it out here  -They start off from opposite ends of the platform. -Battle won through Death or K.O -Deadpool is Pre-Way weapon X era Deadpool (Basically at the height of his healing capabilities) -Daken has no use of pheremones or Muramasa infused into his claws. -Both are 100 % serious in this fight, and want to kill each other. -Most recent version Daken Deadpool (Dual Adamantium Katanas)  VS Daken (Unarmed)  |

Yes, it was a very different version. That's technically when Way re-invented Deadpool. Turned his crazyness all the way up (had him always hallucinating, creating ridiculous plans to win instead of using skill, had two voices in his head).
I think Deadpool at his peak and written well can give a good fight, but at the end of the day Daken is still supposed to be more skilled.

Current Daken means Daken with the power gauntlet, right? Otherwise there's no reason to state it's current, he hasn't had the muramasa in a year.
I don't think Daken is "supposed" to be more skilled than Deadpool. He flat out is.

Well this is a Pre-Way version of DP and imo him at his peak levels. That should make this pretty close... Also haven't older versions of DP taken on the more skilled Wolverine ? even if Wolverine had no healing factor in some encounters he is still a highly skilled peak human fighter, that should hold up as a pretty good feat for DP's skills. |

When Deadpool dropped Wolverine it's because he had a reduced healing factor, but it was still a good display of skill since it was a counter to stab both of his lungs.

In the end, Deadpool can likely give a decent fight, but like I said before, Daken is just more skilled.

Deadpool beating up Taskmaster by dancing isn't exactly skill, unless we're talking dancing skills.
The Cable & Deadpool fight in which DP wins with his hands and feet tied up is simply deplorable. But that's me trying to prove I'm not an elephant. (nods to K4tz)
