kotaku.com/#!5795148/when-your-favorite-game-is-proposing-marriage-the-answer-is-yes long story short - Ben, a Bonderlands fan, wanted to make a marriage proposal to his girfriend, Tora, who ,likewise,is a huge Bonderlands fan,but he wanted it to be different, special. Thus,he contacted Gearbox (Bonderlands`s producers) to help him confess his love,he even got to visit Gearbox`s headquarters and talk to the president. Gearbox ,after hearing his story, agreed and made a video, where Claptrap does the proposal. Ben invited Tora and their friends,to make sure they wouldnt realise the nature of the video,he told then it was a trailer for Bonderlands 2. In the end,she said ``yes`` and he plans to take her to Gearbox`s headquarters, they also invited Gearbox to the wedding Here`s the proposal video, featuring Claptrap

It got her to say yes. I would call that a win.

It got her to say yes. I would call that a win. eh, I can't imagine not getting on my knees and making my proposal in a romantic manner. Stuff like this always seems like indication of marriage being a bad idea between two people. But then I'm an adherent of Murphy's law.

Stuff like this always seems like indication of marriage being a bad idea between two people. But then I'm an adherent of Murphy's law. I do not think it is a bad idea to jazz it up and make it fun. There is nothing wrong with going the traditional route and taking a knee either. How the marriage is proposed has no statistical bearing on how the marriage will last. At least none that I am aware of. Most proposals are done traditionally and most marriages tank anyway. Divorce rates are skyrocketing and marriage rates get lower every year. If I am remembering it right, a math scientist somewhere predicted that marriage will be virtually unknown in western culture within our lifetimes.

Western Society has no real traditions that stick. Like what the hell happened to rites of passage? I'd like to go on a walk about with my grandfather or dad.
