LOL. Very interesting review. I especially like the part about how much Johns wanted to write about Boomerang.
But I agree on everything except its rating. 2/5 is too generous. The entire arc did nothing but ruin characters I like, and there were plot holes within plot holes. BD is just garbage.

Yeah, it happened back during Flash 179.
You know there are problems when DC feels it can't write a good enough story without bring Aquaman, Firestorm and Captain Boomerang back from the dead.
