I've had more fun and spent more time playing the Halo franchise than any other shooters. All the way back to Halo: Combat Evolved when a bunch of my friends would have LAN paties, like 10+ of us. Great, great times. I didn't play Halo: Recon or Halo: Reach (aside from beating the campaign one night with a friend), but I will absolutely be playing Halo 4. I also used to play Quake 2 a lot on the computer when I was pretty young, and I know Counter-Strike and Half-Life were both big back then too, although I didn't play them. |

My roommate wants to get Battlefield 3, so I'll probably be playing it.
Personally, I'm saving my money for Modern Warfare 3.

Chances are if your iffy your comp can run something even half decently, it probably won't. Namely why if I get battlefield 3, bar upgrading the !@#$ out of my laptop or buying a new desktop just for battlefield, it seems to be more cost effective to just nab it for my consoles.

Are you talking about the campaign or multi? Because no one should buy that game for the single player, bf3 has always been about multi.
