If you could completely re-invent the following character's/teams main rogue gallery with other existing characters (from ANY company), who would you pick any why? The only condition is they cannot already be a part of the gallery. For teams you may pick existing villain teams (Sinister Six, Brotherhood, etc)
Spider-Man: Wolverine: Captain America: Daredevil: Hulk: Thor: The X-Men: Fantastic Four: Avengers: Batman: Superman: Flash: Wonder Woman: Green Lantern: Green Arrow: JLA: Hellboy:
**feel free to add other heroes/teams if you wish!**

For example:
Batman: Sabretooth, Kraven. Why? Seeing Kraven obsess over Batman and trying to defeat him/prove better than him would be a blast to watch. And I can just see some great Batman / Sabretooth encounters.

Black Panther:Kraven, the motif fits well and i know they're about to fight but i would've started them off as enemies, Catman I imagine them starting off as friends then becoming enemies. Vandal Savage: Something bout this just seems right. Iron Monkey and the Monkey Fist Clan: The animal motif works and I see them having problems, much like he had with the Haute Zaure. Herne The Hunter He would attempt to hunt the Panther to force the Panther God out
The Darkness: Baron Mordu: I imagine him trying to capture the Darkness' power for his own. The Lords of the Splinter RealmsL I imagine Jackie running a foul of them. Urizen: I could see Jackie pissing him off.

Well, the point is for you to now list who you'd like to see for their rogue galleries. So, list villains for each of them and who you'd want to see as their regular enemies.

I'd remake Wonder Woman's. There are several (Cheetah, Psycho, Ares, Giganta) with potential but they just don't show up that often and when they do, they're almost always severely depowered in non Wonder Woman books.
They need memorable stories, memorable moments. They need some bad ass showings against lesser heroes. They need modern fights against Wonder Woman where Wonder Woman points out why she bothers with these characters. Then they need a couple more totally new ones to add to the gallery.
All the other DC villain galleries you've mentioned are either awesome to begin with or have had a revamp lately.

I think I'll go down the list one by one.
I have always disliked how Spidey has faced mostly dumb villains. He needs bad guys who challenge him completely to become better to improve which his current villains don't. He has languished too much over the years rarely becoming all he can be. I'll try and stick to opposite universe villains unless I just want to see someone fight them. Villains: Poison Ivy-Her Pheromones would weaken/nullify his spider sense forcing him to learn how to fight with it or create defenses for it. Plus with how big Central Park is, she'll have plenty of real estate to play in. Icicle II-His ice could make use of webs less effective by making them not stick forcing Spidey to have to learn to fight without them. Maybe it also makes wall crawling not work. This will force him to adapt defenses for him. Gentleman Ghost-This guy will make his strength useless forcing him to rely heavily upon his spider sense, honing it to deal with his phasing and teleportation. Also, given his inability to hurt virgins it could create some interesting drama for teenage pete and his various flames. The Top-The top is a smart bad guy with some power to back it up forcing Spidey to think quite a bit to win. He may have to invent some TP scramblers or train his Spider Sense to resist it. Parasite-Attacking him directly could allow him to absorb his powers putting him a similar position as Venom but with the ability to gain more powers. Maybe the Sinister Six combine all their powers within Parasite to take down Spidey. Cheetah-Her wealth and powers could make her a very potent foe with a possible Catwoman or Black Cat relationship. Ultra-Humanite-I would love to see a battle where the Ultra-Humanite manages to switch minds with Pete and they have to fight each other. This is the ultimate test, can you beat yourself without your powers?

Dedman's post reminded me that I've always wanted to see Spider-Man have some villian kinda like Zoom. I mean, not actually Zoom himself, but somebody who has similar but superior powers to Spider-Man, and whose purpose is to simply antagonize Spider-Man at every turn to force him to be the best he can be.

Wolverine is up next so here goes. Too often his villains have either the same powers or the same personality never forcing him to do anything beyond just beat the hell out of them.
The Shadow King-I know he is Marvel but I think he would be far better at taunting Logan than Sabretooth ever was. Also with his incorporeal nature, Wolverine would have to outwit him to win rather than just mindlessly wreck him. This would force him to develop psionic defences so that he can withstand the Shadow King. Since everyone that the Shadow King is using is innocent, Wolverine's code of ethics would be called into play and he would have to either not kill or justify his killing. Vandal Savage-I know he has similar powers to Wolverine but fighting him is not so easy as he will use technology and trickery on above Romulus-level. Black Manta-This guy's greatest strength is Wolverine's greatest weakness, that being water. Wolverine would have to use equipment or find a way to bring Black Manta on to land in order to win. This would test his endurance and wits. Black Manta's criminal empire also provides great fodder for Wolverine to fight. Tattooed Man-Mark Richards is a possibly redeemable guy with the powers to compete against Wolverine forcing him to outwit Mark. Brick-Brick is a clever guy and if we give him some resistance to Wolverine's claws, he would be a great villain given his intellect and fighting ability. Deathstroke-Do I need to explain further because I think this would awesome.
