I was really looking forward to seeing Skrulls, but Thanos is cool too.

Who would you like to see, Crom?

Honestly after seeing the Thor movie, I'd much prefer Loki done right.

Yeah, that would make sense. Frankly, I never really saw Thanos as an Avengers villain. He was to cosmic for them. Sure, they came out and fought him when it was needed, but so did Gladiator and Surfer and Nova and Quasar and a bunch of other guys. It doesn't really fit to me.

Well, I'm pretty sure Loki is confirmed to appear in The Avengers (I believe the actor made a remark in an interview)...but as for how significant of a role...Well, that's up for speculation.

It's hard to categorise Thanos as a villain who "belongs" to a certain adversary, but if anything, he's fought the Avengers the most than nearly anyone else (with, and without artifacts), and the Avengers even ranked him as their # 1 most potentially dangerous opponent. And despite being the first villain they ever fought, I doubt anyone thinks Loki as an Avengers villain, yet there he is.

What, more than Adam Warlock?

What, more than Adam Warlock? Warlock has fought Thanos twice (he died in the first fight, he killed Thanos in the rematch). Most of the other times it's Warlock + a dozen others vs Thanos (and Warlock usually is the strategist, not the fighter). They have actually teamed up a whole lot more than they have fought one another 1on1.

Tempted to call semantics here. Warlock has interacted with Thanos more than anyone else. I know this is shifting the goalposts a bit, but you don't define one's enemy just through beatdowns. Besides, how many times did Thanos fight the Avengers without the help of other characters?

Flark, I forgot Drax (mostly because he's more of a pest than an actual threat). He's the one who holds the record of having fought Thanos the most.

That Loki comes back or not is beside my point. Loki should be the main villain of an avengers movie.

I'm aware. I was just pointing out to you that he indeed WILL be in the film.

Oh. I guess that makes sense. He looks a little too manly to be Bruce but that is just my opinion.
