I vote for Daredevil. Seriously, it's as if comic book writers go out of their way to make his life as miserable and despondent as possible. I can't name the number of events he has suffered through, for one, there's too many, for two, I've been sleep-deprived for fourteen hours.

I would like to vote for Pete but his life right now could not be any better. So i'll agree with Devias and vote for DD. Man's life is not any good at all...

Yeah, Daredevil's life is pretty much shit from everything I've read of him. One wonders how he keeps going. May have something to do with the fact that he gets laid more than the other contestants combined...

Daredevil all the way. Spider-Man woulda been a close second if it wasn't for Slott steppin' in on the scene, but yeah, Daredevil definitely takes this.

Writers absolutely hate letting Spider-Man be happy for any length of time.

Y'know, I think Deadpool should get an honorable mention here, too.

Not recently though. I would not say the same about DD.

I actually voted for Wolverine. The torturous process of getting his claws and skeleton the first time. The lovers he's lost and most of his adult life being tortured by memories that he wasn't even sure were his own. Not to mention, knowing he's going to outlive all of his current friends and loved ones.

Kyle Rayner. People he loves just keep dying around him. And some of these dead coming back trying to kill him. Going great, and then a shitty character coming back and re-taking the mantle of main Green Lantern.

Kyle's life is Daredevil-lite.

Kyle's life is Daredevil-lite. And he doesn't get laid as often, either... He does have a point though. You know your life has reached the entropy of suck when the writer becomes your main enemy.

He may not be getting laid nearly as often, but he does score with some stunning ladies, too. But you know you're top of the foodchain when Wolverine himself calls you "the greatest himbo that ever wore tights".
Geoff actually loves Wally and, well, we all know how that turned out. So Kyle having that treatment isn't all that surprising. At least he still had his own book all these years, as opposed to Wally dropping by for 3 panels and a family meeting in The Flash.

True, true Morph.
While we're at it, Wally's himself has been through some major crap in his day. The difference is that he actually got a happy ending and all.

Rough childhood + adamantium process + death of girlfriends + Sabretooth formerly hunting him down annually on his birthday = Wolverine being my choice

Doesn't he have a wife and two daughters? He has lost his reputation among newer heroes, one of his daughters was in a coma until 2 months ago and the other hates him. His wife divorced himm and doesn't speak to him and he has been framed for Murder and rape. His team is now seperated and fighting each other and he has lost A LOT of teammates in battle.

Torn between Spider-Man and Daredevil.
I would also like to mention Silver Surfer and Luke Skywalker.
