Here are some basic rules for the respect threads here at The Comics Ledger
1) Don't post pointless scans. If they have nothing to do with the feat you are trying to show, they have no business being posted
2)Post scans in context. If the feat has special reasons or conditions that have to do with the plot or otherwise, state so when posting the scans.
3)No spamming/flaming. Do not walk into a respect thread and disrespect the character and persons discussing the characters. This will not be tolerated.
4)No duplicate threads. If there is already a Superman thread, don't go make another because you don't like the way it is ran
5)If you create a thread, be ready to put feats in it. Don't create a thread and expect everyone else to do the work for you.
6)Try not to post an excess amount of mediocre scans. It could get us in legal trouble and we certainly don't want that
7)No explicit/pornographic pictures/scans. We don't want them on here period. You violate this rule and there will be sever consequences.
8)No copying other respect threads. We want these to be specific to The Comics Ledger in terms of quality and uniqueness, so do not copy a respect thread from KMC, Herochat, or any other site that has them.
9)If you are not contributing feats/scans, or specifically discussing a posted feat don't post. It is the site's best interest to keep the Respect Threads as clean, condensed and easily navigable as possible. People go to Respect Threads to find feats and scans. There are discussion threads for discussing characters, please use these. If the discussion particularly pertains to a posted feat it is allowed.
10)Any overly lengthy exchanges, not pertaining to feats or scans will be deleted. This is nothing personal, it is merely for the good of the site and ease of finding scans/feats.
11)No posting links to other respect threads. This includes your own from another site please. We want traffic to come to our site, not go to others. Sorry. If the thread was yours on the other site, you will have to remake it here while not violating rule 8. So additional scans must be included to make it different.
