It's a good series. But not everyone can get into it. It starts off really slow with a "Monster of the week" format, but once you get past those episodes. The quality really goes up

I concur Crom, that's why it started surprising me. I don't drop anime and stick with it to the end. This is one of the many instances, in which I'm glad I kept watching.

I'm very critical of anime and manga. I have this threshold. A series doesn't need to be perfect of even great to keep me to the end. But below my threshold of acceptable quality I drop.
I'm glad the first episodes were above my threshold, because the later episodes were really worth it.

Thats good I'm going to have to watch it again see how different it is to me because i was a lot younger when i watched it so probably didn't understand everything lol
