It might also be the combination that his jaw also looks smaller because of his over sized helmet.

Looks fine to me, but the only exposure I have to Judge Dredd is through the old movie anyways. The frown in the first picture looks a little goofy, but the third pic looks nice and stoic and menacing.

Also I dig the lady with the gun.
