-This thread is for proposals and challenges ONLY.

-All debating will be done in 'The Official Ledger Proving Grounds Thread.'

-Any posts that are not proposals or challenges will be deleted immediately and without warning.

-If a topic is closed for debate and you have new evidence or missed the initial discussion, please use this thread to issue a challenge to have the subject reopened.

-With a challenge, you must state what evidence you have.

-Feats that do not have sufficient evidence or proof will be set aside until further evidence can be supplied.

-All proposals and challenges will be aggregated in the second post of this thread.
-We will then decide which feat will be next up for debate and proving in 'The Official Ledger Proving Grounds Thread.'
-A new post will be made in this thread making everyone aware of which feat will be open to debate to be proven as fact, and a post will be made in 'The Official Ledger Proving Grounds Thread' stating the same thing.

All decisions are at our discretion.
