I've seen him hurt people with chewing gum, so it's possible.

I've seen him hurt people with chewing gum, so it's possible. I've got to read more Daredevil. Non-canon, but did anyone see that one shot Floyd made in 'Batman: Gotham Knights'? Holy cow. Bedovian anyone?

He knows how to operate and fire one, yes. Oh yes, he shot Darkseid. On a sidenote, Bullseye is ,honestly, in his own league. Hawkeye (A), Red Arrow (F), Merlin (A), Lt Smith (F), 5 Conner Hawke (A), Javelin (P) 4 Not that it matters, has Hawke regained his proficiency in archery? I heard that he lost his talent at it when got his powers. Should he be ranked for his skill with shurikens? On Batman Pre COIE E-2 Batman would be Higher with a gun (he carried one for his first year and only developed an aversion to guns when parent groups questioned the idea of a gun carrying super hero. I forgot all about that retcon, yes he should be rated completely differently post that (Morph is a better one to ask) Also I'd say Deadshot is also a 6. He only ever misses against the Bat and that's because he pulls his shots. The feat where he shot from a range to crease the skull of Enchantress and knock her out (Col Flag needed field glasses to make out who was who) I would say is well up there with killing a man with a paper clip and a rubber band.

Good enough for me. Is Deathstroke on Deadshot's level? Or slightly below? Any idea where Bedovian should rank? I've heard about some of his insane feats.

@ Devias - You can't lose by reading more Daredevil. He is the character with the most consistently good stories from all of Marvel's flagship characters. Bullseye performs inane feats in various books, though. The chewing gum feat was during Identity Disc.
I recall Gail Simone saying she writers Stroke as being equal to Deadshot in marksmanship, and while he's definitely very profficient and accurate, Deadshot just has way more feats to support him being a notch above Slade in that aspect.

Bullseye is higher than Hawkeye, and in archery?

Probably a good idea. I orignally wanted to make seven tiers like it is always done here but I didn't think that there be enough noteworthy marksmen. Should everyone currently in Tier 5 be transferred to Tier 6? No, probably just Bullseye, just because he's skilled with EVERYTHING. The Bullseye: Perfect Game mini, among others, made that pretty clear.

Bullseye is higher than Hawkeye, and in archery? I honestly think Hawkeye has comparable skills/feats with random objects, but they aren't as vast and ridiculous. With a bow though? He is just as good as Bullseye with one.

The Fetts would both be 5's, I think.

I've seen him hurt people with chewing gum, so it's possible. Hell, Lester's slit through a drug lord's exterior carotid artery (on the toilet, from dozens of yards away) with a playing card after the guy merely cracked the window up less than a foot. Basically, the average human has a better shot at winning the power ball than even reaching the window on that shot, let alone tossing the card through the opening. He's scary good.

How good would everyone say Cyclops (optic blasts) and Captain America (shield throw) are?
I'd say about a 4 for Cap and a 5 for Cyclops.

I'm very impressed by both. They practically play pin-ball before hitting a target, plenty of calculations to be had within an instant, and yet they pull off their shots most of the time. DD's use of his billy-clubs is similarly impressive.
