I think the suit looks better. But it's understandable since they probably wasn't too bothered with what they wore as long as it meant something. Symbolise. Now, with phones, computers and things alike they need to have it look good.
I think I see Fury in one of the images as well.
Can't wait for the film. Since I enjoyed the Captain America film.

Not too shabby.
I think I might have preferred his 'bucaneer style' gloves and boots, but I guess those might not be taken as seriously in a movie.

One thing to me is that it looks like Chris Evans is much thinner and less muscular.
I think the suit looks good, but random zippers on his pants that have no purpose don't look good.

Actually, I liked the muscular look better. Cap has never exactly had a slim physique in the comics (just ask Rob Liefeld, lol). I personally think the 'perfect physical specimin' should be pretty beefed up. But that's just a matter of preference. |

I can't say that I like the new suit. The old one retained the feel of the comics whilst still looking practical with all it's pockets and straps and junk, and Chris Evans looked really jacked in it. The new one looks a lot slimmer (maybe it's a stunt-man, though) and doesn't seem as practical and the streamlined look seems silly to me. Then again, in Captain America, Rogers was primarily in rural warzones and surrounded by crazy laser weapons and stuff so maybe it's a context thing.

Think the alien weapon is Skrull technology? Possibly. Though the rumors I've been hearing about the movie have been about half-and-half Skrulls or Thanos. Personally, I'm hoping for Skrulls. |

Looks like the suit he wore for his stage time in the Captain America movie. I prefer the WWII look personally.

Interesting costumes. They look like SHIELD agents, but they don't look like the kind of SHIELD agents we would see in a movie.

Those are called mo-cap suits, short for motion capture. They will look much different in the movies after the SFX companies get done with them. This, as well as other set videos showing cops and military forces shooting into the sky, helps support rumors of an alien invasion being a part of the movie, possibly the Skrulls.

Skrulls was my first thought as well. I've also heard that Thanos was a possibility and it appears Loki will somehow be involved too. In any case, everything I'm seeing and hearing about this movie is getting me pumped up for it. |
