Fixed. Not liked anything he's done. He killed of one, if you your favourite character. And he also killed off one of mine. It took Johns to bring him back. Also, didn't Winick create Constantine Drakon? Mustn't have been all bad.

I'd rather have Winick rape some continuity and write cool stories and new characters while having the book as a consistent top 40 seller, than Krul's total snoozefest of generic writing in all respects.

Martian Manhunter killing D'Kay (Brightest Day). Didn't he already do that once with his brother? Yes, but the circumstances were different in a way that never bothered me about that instance. I have an unseemly long elaboration on this; so I will get back to you to explain further later on when I don't feel lazy.

Grievous beating Durge and Ventress (Clone Wars Adventures). Crisis of Conscience. Bullseye knocking out Daredevil with a cardboard-paper-plane ( ;D ). Darth Vader being arrested (FU 2; I really should just list FU 1&2 in general though since everything about them is awful, hence the "FU"). Zoom time traveling, phasing through walls, and being easily one-shotted by Bart (Flash: The Fastest Man Alive).

What are people's issues with Salvation Run? I found it to be rather a fun title. Who doesn't love a fist fight between Lex and the Joker, the two biggest members of the Anti-Trinity?

Any green Arrow by Winnick DRAKON?! BRICK?! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! Neither Drankon or Brick are Ollie. Winnick can even write Conner half decently. He has however never written Ollie in character (as established ) or given reasons for the changes or actions he has hi do that are diametrically opposed to his normal sociopolitical or ideological stance. He can write other characters OK (to a degree) but he always f#$ks up Ollie. No shame in that at all. Just to be clear (which I should have done to start) I don't mean the book, just the character. Ollie became one of my 6 favorite characters under the pen of Grell. He made drastic changes to the way the character had been portrayed prior. The difference is that Grell actually provided a cause and psychological progression that brought those changes about. He took us on the journey of Ollie's development as a character. We watched him grow and change and that's how I came to love the character as much as I do. When Winnick writes Oliver Queen it's like he's winging it, with no concept of what the character is about. He plays up some small aspect of his character portrayal to ridiculous levels without enough respect to give a reason or defining action that made him act so out of established character.
