I will go with team 1.
Hawkeye is more accurate than Jason, Natasha can take Ted, and honestly I've never been impressed with Ra's.
Obviously this isn't a stomp, but I'd say team 1 really does get a decent majority.

Hmm. This one is close.
I'm guessing Hawkeye and Red Hood will start off facing each other, since they are their teams' most prominent long-range fighters. Jason, IIRC, had a good showing against Green Arrow, but this fight starts at a longer range than the Green Arrow fight did (meaning Hawkeye's bow is much more useful than Jason's pistols), and I think Hawkeye tends to use trick arrows more than Ollie does. I'd give Hawkeye a solid majority between the two of them.
As for Wildcat and Ra's vs Natasha and Marc, it's hard to say who would face whom. None of them know each other, so there are no previously established vendettas to count on. However, after mulling over the possible scenarios, I'm pretty sure the Marvel team would win handily. I can see Black Widow taking a majority over Ra's or Wildcat, and I can see Moon Knight taking a majority over either one of them also.

Can you narrow down what MK's normal gear is here? Does he have the claws, the shield, and the webshooter?

He dosen't have the armor. He only has his normal equipment (No web-shooters, shield, etc.) Think Crescent Darts etc.

But giving him some of that newer gear would make him a lot more versatile. I wouldn't call him useless with just the darts and truncheon, but it isn't enough to put down Ted Grant (for example).

I'll disagree. I've never been impressed with Wildcat. I think Moon Knight is better.

If Moon Knight can hang with Daredevil, I think he will beat Tim.
