@dedman I feel i should point out that a no hitter isnt an uncommon feat in baseball.I think you mean a perfect game. That would be much more impressive as there have been only 20 in history. Yes i do think that a shuriken cant ricochet.Regardless of him aiming capability shurikens dont ricochet. They would either stick into what they hit (And in order to put any power into the throw this is more likely) or it will just bounce and spin out of control.
Again the toothpick feat is physically impossible and has nothing to do with aim. Also Bullseye isnt super humanly accurate. If he doesnt have something that makes him super human such as a mutation then he can only be peak human.

bump because it deserves more.
Also, Bullseye taking Harley Quinn down from a distance is a joke.

Harley is easily the least useful person here, but Batman and Nightwing are two of the best humans dodgers in the DCU. Are they perfectly capable of closing the distance. Bane, while agile, is not as agile. But if Ollie provides cover I'm pretty sure he and Harley could get in close too. While Bullseye does have crazy accuracy, shurikens and playing cards are some of the least useful things he could be equipped with here. They are short range projectiles with very little weight behind them, and even with Lester's accuracy it would be difficult to do any real damage to Bruce or Dick.
I think we can all agree that this fight will almost certainly end up being up close and personal.

She will get up close before they do IMO.

That ability was only increased once her stats increased. I would say that she has face many opponents of greater skill and did well. I don't see her being taken out fast here. Not to mention she will take a little longer to put down, as she has a low level healing factor.

She would loose 3 out of the 5 here.
