Movie versions of each character apply.
-Bruce (movie version) is given two health packs that completely restore him to health. He has his standard equipment from Batman Begins & the Dark Knight Rises. -45 Minutes between each fight. -His opponents have their standard movie equipment. -The fights take place on the rooftops of New York ala Daredevil. It is 10:00 pm on a clear night. -He does not have extensive prep only knowledge his opponents have a variety of weapons and are highly skilled. -His opponents do not have prep and are operating under the same pretense as Bruce. -His weapons cache is replenished between each fight. -Win by conventional means. -Bruce's morals are on. Standard morals for each opponent.
1. Elektra (Daredevil film version w/twin sais) 2. Daredevil (Marvel film) 3. Punisher (Thomas Jane movie version) 4. Bullseye (Daredevil film) 5. Black Widow (Avengers/Iron Man films) 6. Gambit (Wolverine film) 7. Hawkeye (Avengers/Thor film) 8. Captain America (CA/Avengers films)
Can he clear it or does he go down for the count?

Honestly, I think Daredevil can drop him.

If he doesn't stop a Gambit then he stops at Cap. DD in the movie was not very impressive unfortunately.

Yeah, I was under the impression this was only movie versions. Daredevil was just more impressive. His reflexes and agility were insane in comparison, and even if Batman is disputably more skilled, Murdock isn't far behind and the other factors should help him a very good deal, IMHO.

If he doesn't stop a Gambit then he stops at Cap. DD in the movie was not very impressive unfortunately. I disagree. Dodging/catching all of Bullseye's projectiles/glass, breaking Kingpin's knees, the agility display right before the credits and dominating that entire bar of gunmen. All of that is more impressive to me than Wayne needing stealth against men (which won't work on Daredevil), beating a few guys at the beginning of Batman Begins, and barely beating Ra's (through use of the environment, something he doesn't have here).

Gotcha. For some reason I was thinking I wasn't clear when I stated the versions involved.

I think he can beat DD, depending on whats in his belt. I don't recall exactly all he had in both movies but If he's got a concussive grenade or those niffy sonic's in his boots DD's done.

I don't remember him ever using a sonic weapon in the movies.

He used sonic's to summon the bats in Batman Begins. That same frequency I'm sure could be applied to incapacitating DD

Location? does the gauntlet get prep/knowledge of who they are fight?
Elektra (Daredevil movie version) isn't impressive imo, Batman would little trouble taking her down. Daredevil can take Batman out, Daredevil had some decent agility and reflexes in his movie. Punisher (Thomas Jane) and Batman would be a great fight to see but I think in the end Batman would win, he has superior armor (and stealth depending on the location). Punisher also has nothing that Batman hasn't dealt with before. Bullseye I think Batman can but I'm not sure. Black Widow is just superior. Gambit would own him. Hawkeye would win but again it might depend on the location. Captain America would own Batman.

He needed the bats to escape a virtually unwinnable scenario from authorities. I don't see why he'd use it against just one person.
Mavfan: -He does not have extensive prep only knowledge his opponents have a variety of weapons and are highly skilled.

If he doesn't I don't see why they would. It's probably a random encounter for them.

Doesn't DD's radar work like a bat's can't he use the frequency emitted from the boot to mess with it. Like say that train did, when he was about to kill that guy?

But Batman has no idea Daredevil uses radar, so he wouldn't decide to use it. Especially since they're fighting in an environment that won't give it away.

I'd like to know if that's true. He said he has knowledge that his opponents are highly skilled. I'd like to know in what way.

I think that just means he knows he's against an enemy that is skilled, so don't take it lightly.
