Revealed today by Entertainment Weekly, Jim Lee's variant cover for the August 29-hitting "Justice League" #12 depicts the Man of Steel locking lips with Princess Diana in mid-air. And lest comic book longtimers think this is another fakeout like John Byrne's "Action Comics" #600 nearly 25 years ago, "JL" writer and Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns unambiguously states this is the real deal. “This is the new status quo," Johns told EW, stating that the relationship will have an impact that reaches far beyond the ultimate power couple.
