I'm thinking Archangel. Walker is agile and would present a difficult target, but Warren can move at ridiculous speeds, and not just move but maneuver.

If we're talking best versions of both, I feel this would be a one-sided stomp in Worthington's favor.

When it comes to Walker, I honestly think his best showing was his very first appearance.

If we're talking best versions of both, I feel this would be a one-sided stomp in Worthington's favor. Why is that? He gave Captain America all he could handle and showed some pretty impressive durability. I've got all of the scans in a blog on CV. He also had that bad ass flame sword that he was pretty good with.

Archangel would win. He's just physically better across the board imo

I'd give it to Warren. His maneuverability and speed in flight is pretty high and his pinions could prove to be troublesome for Walker and possibly get around the shield not to mention the disabling factor they offer.

If we're talking best versions of both, I feel this would be a one-sided stomp in Worthington's favor. Why is that? The best version of Archangel would be the one from the Dark Angel Saga, and Warren in that story was powerful enough to tangle with Wolverine, AOA Sabretooth and AOA Nightcrawler all at the same time and win.

Which version should i cange it to? Classic Archangel was able to defeat an already critically wounded Wolverine when Hodge was making them fight. Absolutely terrible line for the beginning of the fight though. "My wings are acting of their own violition!!!" Who would ever say that in the heat of the moment? Even as a kid I though that was shitty dialogue.

Has Archangel's strength level ever been pinned down? Everybody says he has superhuman strength, but he seems to be rather like Beast in that area: all handbook entries are vague at best and all on-panel showings just make him as strong as the writer wants him to be.

I've never really seen any feats that would suggest Archangel has superhuman strength

He once tossed Wolverine and Warpath across a room with minimal effort, but I don't think his strength has ever been portrayed at one consistent level. Not that it matters; he doesn't need to be stronger than Walker to win this.

Because I would assume the mechanical wings would need some sort of super human strength just to become airborne. His durability might be something to consider though since his bones are hollow.

I don't think Warren is too fast for U.S. Agent, he's superhuman in every way. I doubt Warren flies fast enough that someone with superhuman speed would be unable to dodge him. His projectiles also would be virtually worthless because of Walker's shield and defense..Walker also the better fighter by miles. I don't know what Archangel's durability is like but I doubt he can take repeated hits from a class 10 with a shield made out of a very strong metal.
