Okay, as promised I will compile a list of all of the technological items and phenomenons of the Fourth World. I added artifacts because many of the things in the mythos considerably blur the line between advanced technology and flat out magic.
I will start with the most popular and well known items and all the things I can recall off the top of my head, and then I'll fill the list up as go through my collection. New additions will be marked in red. If you see that I've missed an entry, please note it.

A harness which channels Orion's cosmic power called the Astro-Force, allowing Orion to fly and manipulate his power more easily. Cosmic Cartridges
Designer - Possibly Serifan
First Appearance - Forever People #2
Small bullet-like devices used by Serifan of the Forever People. Determining what, exactly they do is no easy task. They're not bullets, even though they can be used as such. Serifan describes them as "Sensitizers, probes, receivers and such." and claims that "They're sensitive to the universe, to its largest and smallest limits." In theory, Cosmic Cartridges seem to be able to 'atune' themselves to the principles by which some devices work, thus mimicking the function of said devices. Using them, Serifan was able to things ranging from repairing broken vehicles to listening to radio, to creation protective force fields. Cosmic Cartidges remain one of the most vague and least defined of all Fourth World devices.

It is made out of Radion, an illusive substance which destroys ideas, making it lethal to the New Gods and potentially other anthropomorphic personifications of Platonic concepts. The bullet itself is metaphysical in nature. It is the essence of every bullet ever used in an assassination wrought together to create a perfect god-killing weapon. The bullet was fired by Darkseid back through time to kill Orion, then recovered by Batman who fired it back at Darkseid, delivering the lethal blow to the evil god. Apokoliptian troops are subjected to such grenades as part of their training. As a result they are at least somewhat resistant to the effect, as well as to other mind disorienting powers, such as those of Count Vertigo.

Once used by Lex Luthor and his Injustice League, the Worlogog was passed to Hourman, before finally being reclaimed by Metron, who is presumably still in possession of it.
