Like BB said, votes are open in our thread. I realize it is a lot to read through guys, but I've tried to keep my points brief where possible. They might be very long posts but they are pretty clear cut arguments from both sides. I would be extremely grateful to you for taking the time to make an informed vote.

Also Luna, there are several issues that you need to address in these threads. If you are going to make a tourney, at least be around for it. I'm half tempted to take over moderating it for you.

Bullseye's accuracy is superhuman. Don't know the characters from long kiss goodnight? And Hawkeye's isn't?

If he isn't here soon, I think Erik and I can take reasonable liberties with allowing/disallowing characters.

Sorry bro, but I have to contest Luc Devereux. He shrugged off bullets like nobody's business.

Sorry bro, but I have to contest Luc Devereux. He shrugged off bullets like nobody's business. Hrm... I watched the movie last night and he was only shot once in the shoulder. His pain threshold is just extremely high. But that is beside the point. I was thinking about switching him out anyway. Not because of his pain tolerance (because there is nothing wrong with that) but because I had originally assumed he needed the serum to enhance him but that is not the case. There were two serums. One was a temporary steroid and the other was a mind-wiping cocktail. However, the healing factor was done on a genetic level BUT he needs to be cooled for it to start working. That is the only thing he has against the rules but a broken rule is a broken rule... Though Hawkeye's aim is also worthy of contestation.

The reason I think he is still fine is because there is no refrigerator for his healing factor to work. However, the next scenario might be in the alps or whatever, making him unstoppable. That is the only reason I am debating switching him out.

His body is genetically enhanced. There are people with better skills and human bodies that you could use instead. The only reason to take him is for his enhancements.

Here is his list of feats that might make one consider kicking him out of my team:
Pushed a bronco at 30mph for a few miles without the steroid. Operating at peak for that long caused him to overheat and collapse.
Swam 1.5 miles in full gear in 13 minutes without the steroid.
Shot in the shoulder and when bathed in ice, the wound healed.
Those were the only things he did in the movie that were super human. He expressed limits when he could not run through a brick wall and could not open a cage door in a prison bus, he had to pick the lock. With that in mind, I assumed he is just in peak physical condition with a healing factor that requires cold to work.

But fair enough, I will think of someone else. Too bad though, I liked his callsign lol.

Well, 30MPH is well beyond Olympic World Record speed. Adding in that he's pushing a Bronco makes him legitimately superhuman.
