I thought the fight between Fate and Wotan was pretty disappointing. The build up was good though. Where is Wonder Woman!!!? |

I thought the fight between Fate and Wotan was pretty disappointing. The build up was good though. Where is Wonder Woman!!!? Wondy Supes and Bat's all dies trying to save Earth form parademons and such in the first issue. E-2 is trying to rebuild and has massive craters in the planet and large areas of devastation from the war with Apokalips. Plus the whole planet is militarized with a world order type of deal. Terry Sloane ( the first Mr Terrific as he was called pre Flashpoint) is a completely ruthless manipulative bastard who will sacrifice what ever cities or nations he has to to win a war overall. When Alan Scot, Jay, HawKgirl and Atom were fighting the new Grundy in Washington he had nukes launched at the helpless city to endure Grundy ( who was killing the planet by destroying all foliage) was toast no matter what. |

The fight between the Ultimate JSA and Steppenwolf/Fury should be good.

I just want to see a new Ultra Humanite. We need a major villain on E2 besides Steppenwolf. I'm hoping if nothing else out of the DCNu we'll finally see Ultra get the presence and stature a character like his deserves. He's soloed more teams of A-listers than any villain in any company and he's still not known by far too many.

Someone explain Fury to me. I know she is apparently the daughter of Wonder Woman from Earth 2 but I would like to know more. She's only been in a handful of issues. After the invasion from Apokolips, Steppenwolf was stranded on Earth 2. There is a huge bounty on his head and he is hiding out in a country in Europe. The suggested plan is for Steppenwolf to align himself with the ruler of the country. However, the ruler gets wind of Steppenwolf's treachery and amasses his forces against him. Fury shows up to assist Steppenwolf. They destory the forces against them and take over control of the country after killing the ruler/king. Steppenwolf comments that she is the daughter of Wonder Woman. Unfortunately that's about all that has been revealed. There should be more in the next few issues. The heroes (Alan Scott, Jay Garrick, Fate & Hawkgirl aka the Ultimate JSA) just found out Steppenwolf is still alive and has taken over the country. (that I can't recall the name of to save my life) |

Lois died in the invasion from Apokolips. I can't remember if Steve was mentioned.

Where Pulsar Stargrave ( or rather Mr Starr as he was known in the 20th century) get's the infant child of the late Lyrissa Mallor ( Lydea) and programs her with a hate of her mother so that she will serve him and attack her mothers allies. So there is a DC comics precident  |
