I recently watched the new episode. And I do believe this is the mother until they show her. Nicole Muirbrook as seen in Season 3 episode, No TomorrowBut watching the new episode. I think maybe she could be the mother also.

CBS today officially announced that "How I Met Your Mother" has been renewed for another two years:
HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER has been renewed through the 2012-2013 season as part of a multi-year broadcast agreement between CBS Entertainment and Twentieth Century Fox Television.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER has been an integral part of CBS's top-rated Monday comedy block since its premiere in September 2005.
Currently in its sixth season, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is posting year-to-year increases in viewers and key demographics. The series is averaging 9.48 million viewers (+8% versus last year), 3.8/09 in adults 18-49 (+9%) and 4.4/11 in adults 25-54 (+7%) in its Monday (8:00-8:30 PM) time period. It is also CBS's highest-rated series among adults 18-34 (3.3/10).
In addition to being a ratings success, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER has also earned critical acclaim and award recognition.
