Ok, so its been sitting on at my LCS on the 1/2 price rack mylast two trips there. Is it a good read?

You might be a bit confused with the what's and why's if you aren't familiar with Marvel's cosmic stuff, and as such, you may or may not get the full enjoyment out of it, but if that doesn't bother you, I say go for it.
