Okay I know this is a bit premature but I really am excited about this game. I have checked out the official site for this game and the plot is pretty solid in my opinion.
Anyone else eagerly anticipating this one?
If someone manages a beta key and you feel like breaking their rules and want to discuss it here, I will not hold it against you.

Not me. I hate paying subscriptions so I'm staying out of this one. I'm fine just playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance and MvC3.

Wait....I had no idea it'll be on the PS3. Is there also a monthly fee if you get it for the PS3? My PC wouldn't be good enough to handle the game... I can barely hand Starcraft 2 on the lowest settings. 4v4 battles KILL my framerate.

the monthly payments seem to be a drag... but it should be worth it in the end if the game is truly as great as some think it will be

I would like to buy the game.....but i don't want to pay monthly fees....
And i would love to play it. I've watched the character creation vids and they seem very cool.

I might or might not participate and pick it up. I really wouldn't mind playing pretend GL at least for a bit, but I don't see the game itself holding my interests, although it being on the PS3 is a tremendous bonus in my mind.
I'll see how it goes when it's live.

But most MMOs do anyway so that is nothing new. |

I'll be getting the PC version, simply because it's the best thing to play an MMO on. Moving around using a mouse/keyboard is simply easier. Also, the PC/PS3 versions will be on different servers so unfortunately we can't have a huge Comics Ledger guild spanning both platforms.
The game is released in US/Europe on the 11th of January (2011) and internatioanlly on the 20th of January.
