And yet he keeps staying one of the top bosses of Gotham with a powerful criminal empire. While Boomerang is a two bit loser who even after getting upgrades can't even manage to make B-list as a villain. |

I think Hush is somewhere in the game. I remember a character saying Bruce Wayne killed someone but was badly damaged. He's the only person that comes to mind.

I didn't mean to start an awesomer fight between Cobblepot and Freddie Myers.
The Joker's doctor is not Hush, he is a surgeon after all.
I would rate this game at about a 9, if I were honest. While it is an awesome game, the combat is sort of annoying if large groups are involved with varied weapons. The story has some issues that I don't like but it doesn't really get in the way of the awesome that is Batman. It should be noted that I don't ascribe to the fraction part of 1-10 ratings.
