The only thing PS3 has over Xbox 360 is the Blu-Ray player. ....Which doesn't matter to me anyways because I don't buy Blu-Ray movies, or any movie for that matter, I get them for free. Have fun paying $30 for them.
Xbox 360 doesn't have wireless internet? Wrong, the new ones do (which don't cost anything extra), and you can get them for $200, not $400 or whatever ridiculous price a PS3 is.
PS3 has free online play, but its online community pales in comparison to Xbox 360's Live community. It is not even close...by a long shot. And who has a problem paying $5 a month for Xbox Live? You can throw $5 a month in the garbage and not think twice about it. Come on now.
Xbox 360's controller absolutely blows PS3's controller out of the water. Not even a contest.

"The only thing PS3 has over Xbox 360 is the Blu-Ray player. ....Which doesn't matter to me anyways because I don't buy Blu-Ray movies, or any movie for that matter, I get them for free. Have fun paying $30 for them." Who says you need to buy it? This means you get use blu-rays from Netflix or rent blu-rays "Xbox 360 doesn't have wireless internet? Wrong, the new ones do (which don't cost anything extra)," They decided to do that YEARS after the PS3 did and that only benefits those who are new to the system or want to buy a completely new system. Otherwise, you pay $100 for a wireless adaptor. "and you can get them for $200, not $400 or whatever ridiculous price a PS3 is." I'm pretty sure the PS3 has dropped in price. "PS3 has free online play, but its online community pales in comparison to Xbox 360's Live community." You're right. One thing that I miss when I play uncharted online is the amount of screaming kids, racists, and idiots. Layout and presentation? No doubt XBL wins that, but you're also paying for that. I'm just fine with my online and free experience on the PSN. "And who has a problem paying $5 a month for Xbox Live? You can throw $5 a month in the garbage and not think twice about it. Come on now." I even say in my post it's not about MY wallet, but instead them raising the cost to gamers for no valid reason. That $10 extra per person equals A LOT of extra cash in their pockets, and it's exactly because most people go "eh, it's only $10 extra." "Xbox 360's controller absolutely blows PS3's controller out of the water. Not even a contest. " I agree with you on that, but that's only because I never had the PS1 and adapted to the original X-Box controller. I have quite a few friends who like the PS controller more.

Are you going to take that from him ckal?
Oh and PS3 is $300 new (without bundles) at BestBuy. I believe this is the new slim console.

The controller comes with a charging wire too...I think Microsoft charges 20-30 for that PS3 is and should be more than the 360...It's better and provides more

-You are still paying for Netflix and/or renting Blu-Rays. -Who cares how long after they did it? They have it now and that's all that matters. And you can get a wireless adapter on ebay for about $50. -I don't know. -Yeah, I have a huge problem with those people as well. I pretty much mute everyone who talks. But don't act like PS3 doesn't have those people as well. -I can see why Xbox charges a fee to play online because it costs them money to run it. This might be one of the reasons why Sony is losing massive amounts of money on PS3. I'd rather not have the company who makes my console having money issues and taking a net loss on every console sold. -The first system I ever had was PS1, and I hated the Nintendo 64. I loved PS until Xbox came out. Even from the start, I've liked Xbox controllers more, especially now after they've been refined. They feel so much more natural, logical, and ergonomic than PS3's controllers.

"-You are still paying for Netflix and/or renting Blu-Rays." That's a whole other debate. You were implying a blu-ray only benefits someone who wants to shell out 30ish on every movie they want to watch "-Who cares how long after they did it? They have it now and that's all that matters. And you can get a wireless adapter on ebay for about $50." Not everyone is just suddenly deciding to purchase one of the systems. A lot of people already own a 360. "-Yeah, I have a huge problem with those people as well. I pretty much mute everyone who talks. But don't act like PS3 doesn't have those people as well." Honestly, man, I haven't even encountered a fraction of the amount I encounter on the 360. Being completely honest. I think it's because games like CoD/Halo/GoW attract a fuckload of completely immature gamers. "-I can see why Xbox charges a fee to play online because it costs them money to run it." Wii doesn't charge either "I'd rather not have the company who makes my console having money issues and taking a net loss on every console sold." I'm not current with company figures, but any losses PS3 has suffered has not transferred to quality for gamers in the least. They have "Playstation Plus" which gamers can pay for online, but that just grants them earlier access to some demos (yup, earlier than the 360 ), betas, and some other exclusives. "and I hated the Nintendo 64." ....You're a goddamn terrorist. "I loved PS until Xbox came out. Even from the start, I've liked Xbox controllers more, especially now after they've been refined. They feel so much more natural, logical, and ergonomic and PS3's controllers. " Like I said, I'm with ya. I love the X-Box controllers in comparison, but I've adjusted and have no issue w/ the Ps3 controllers now, TBH. Another rant- MS points. Most ridiculous and inconvenient concept ever, IMO. The PS3 just gives you a real figure (instead of someone needing to translate to MS points) and you can provide a card #. Points? You've gotta run out to a store and buy them. It's just so lame and I think we can agree on that.

N64 had Perfect Dark. My all time favorite N64 game. So the system was win as far as I am concerned. I remember being blown away by the concept of creating your own modes for multi and playing against bots. That one alien sniper rifle was SO fucking cheap. It auto locks and searches for your enemy and can fire through the entire fucking map! lol

There was just the HD remark on X-Box live. Same game, just a little better looking. They did a "re-boot" of Goldeneye for the Wii, though. Inspired by the classic by having the same levels, but new designs, gameplay elements, etc.

It was...fun. If you're really into the classic it would be a rental at most, TBH.
But a standout shooter in its time like the classic was? No way.
