But I honestly think all of us would do a better job than G-Man does.
Besides, it's a goddamn dream. Who wouldn't want to do such a thing for a living?

"Besides, it's a goddamn dream. Who wouldn't want to do such a thing for a living?" That's my point. I think with our combined skills we can actually REACH this goal after time and a lot of hard work. It's just a matter of setting our sights on it and actually going for it. Honestly, I don't know why CV is located in San Francisco. Majority of comic material (marvel/dc, of course) is NYC (where I currently am) or the LA / San Diego region. That's where all of the talent and/or companies are, plus there's NYC Comic Con and San Diego Comic Con. My girlfriend is an editor, so maybe a few of us can film stuff (interviews and such) at NYC Comic Con and she can clip it together. Just an idea...

Hey, I googled "comicsledger" when my mozilla temporarily crashed (so I used explorer) a few minutes ago, and our site was the top result. The first step is already done! (exclamation marks everywhere!!!!!)
I like the idea, obviously, but I doubt I can contribute directly, LOL.

I'll take: Teen Titans Flash Brightest Day Generation Lost Walking Dead and then maybe Adventure Comics and Rebels.
I think it'd be good for each ongoing series to pretty much have a consistant reviewer and for minis, one shots and such to be picked up on a volunteer basis.
Maxiseries should probably be written by whoever is in charge of reviewing the main book. Like for Brightest Day, we'd want people who are reading Titans, Flash, JLA Green Arrow or Green Lantern. Heck, it might be cool to switch the reviewer on that series each issue.
Is there a list somewhere of all ongoing series for marvel and dc so that we can plan this better? I mean, there are weekly lists but a nice "ongoing monthly series" list would be cool.

We can compile one for Marvel and DC (including future releases for this year). I'm at work so I just wanted to get this discussion started.

To be perfectly honest, I'm overeducated as hell because I can't figure out what I want to do with my life. If we could make this work and actually make a living doing it? That'd be swell.

"To be perfectly honest, I'm overeducated as hell because I can't figure out what I want to do with my life." No reason to worry, most people in our age group have no clue. I'm 25 and I'm still not certain. I have too many goals and no clue how to reach each one, hah. "If we could make this work and actually make a living doing it? That'd be swell." That's my goal. I honestly think we can, but it'll take effort from everyone who wants it to work and to be a (eventually) full time part of it. We'd then ship Morph/Dane over too

"It's good to see you so motivated about it, K4tz. " Like you said, it would be a dream come true. The issue is finding key players for each element. Sure, we have plenty when it comes to editorial, but we'll need a few for technical support, business related matters, advertising, etc.
