@ erik - I'm updating now, but which Avengers books do you want? All three of them, or just the core one?
Also, Ult Cap is currently reserved by K4tz (his banner for ult Nuke knows no bounds), but the rest is yours.

All of them. I want all the Ultimate stuff that k4tz did not dibs on. You are just lucky I did not call Iron Man as well.

About the Avengers, though, you want them all?
And Thor has Journey to Mystery (which will be Loki's on-going), and Mighty Thor (his regular on-going). Want both, or just the one focusing on Thor?
I also added you on X-23's title even though you didn't ask for it.

If no one else takes them, I will review Avengers Academy, New Avengers, and Annihilators.

You're interested in New Avengers, though?

Is there a website that reviews everything?
I mean, Titans Tower reviews all Titans related books and Hyperborea does Flash and there's a site that does all the Spidey books and there are several sites that review all the big name stuff and a bunch of independent reviewers but is there a quality site that reviews everything?
Cause while it might not be viable at the start, that could be a selling point.
"We review everything on the shelf. Want to know if a title is good? Come to our website and we will tell you no matter how obscure it is."

In fact, most of them review very few titles each week. IGN must be the one that has the most reviews, compatively speaking. But even CBR does less than 15 reviews each week.

I can see myself reading and reviewing 15+ titles a week....if this was a job. Or during the summer, really.

Exactly. I have to be honest, I would love to get paid to give reviews and support our website. Hell, I read comics all the time and hang out here constantly anyway lol.

Although, the thing about comic book reviews is that you want them as early as possible. Obviously, it's easy to read and review more than 2 twenty fiveish page comics a day if that's your job, it's just that you get deminishing returns from said books so it's more like read and review half of those on wednesday and the rest on Thursday morning.
Right? I mean, we'd want this stuff done quickly to help out the customer right?
Or do we think that reviews don't have to be in quite that early since the quality of a given title doesn't fluxuate that much week to week?

The earlier the better in my opinion. But since I do not buy my comics, I am dependent on people that upload them. Sometimes that can be a week.

The first option would be preferable, but then it comes down to reading the title as soon as it's out, and since most of us are reading via DLing, that could prove difficult. By the time an issue gets scanned, various sites will have reviews already.

But if we are putting out a larger net of reviews (like all of them), that could make the wait worth it for a lot of people I would think.

Indeed. I'd generally plan to dl my stuff at night or the next day (depending on scanners) and work to read and review as quickly as possible but just depending on how things go, that could delay reviews of certain issues by a couple days. And the really obscure stuff? We might have to BUY that!

That is true. Some of those indie titles have been impossible to find. I had to get Morph to find me them. I am sure there are titles that even he could not find as well.
